Tuition Fees 2009

The College has introduced a schedule of payment three times a year for all year groups:

A $25 discount applies if fees are paid before the "Prompt Payment Date".

School fees must be paid by the due date; a late fee of $110 will be charged.

You may pay your account by Cash, Cheque, Direct Debit, B-Pay, Credit Card. Please contact the Finance Office for further details.

Application Fee - $165.00.
Years 5 - 12. Non-refundable.

Enrolment Fee - $500.00.
For all new students to the College (a non-refundable and non-transferable fee payable upon acceptance).

Confirmation of Placement - $500.00 deposit.

• Year 6 continuing into Year 7: to be deducted from Year 7 Term 2 tuition fees. Please note this deposit is non-refundable if the application is withdrawn.

• Year 10 continuing into Year 11: $250.00 to be deducted from Year 11 Term 2 tuition fees. The remaining $250.00 will be refunded at the end of Year 12 after the return of all textbooks and settlement of all accounts. Please note this deposit is non-refundable if the application is withdrawn.

Family Discounts

Waverley College offers the following discounts:

• Second student = 10%
• Third student = 20%
• Fourth student = 100%

Attention: AMERICAN EXPRESS Cardholders

Payment by American express card incurs a banking transaction fee of 2% which has traditionally been absorbed by the college. As of 1st January 2010 the college will be passing on this 2% fee for all payments made using American Express.

Fees paid before 4.00 pm on the "prompt payment date" attract a $25.00 discount.

You are also reminded that any payment received after the "Due Date" will attract a penalty fee of $110.00. Please be advised that some financial institutions need more than 48 hours to process their payments (eg internet / bpay).
